I started BANDFIT with the mission to bring resistance band training to the forefront of fitness. After multiple injuries across various sports, I was left with a frozen shoulder and really sore joints. I didn't want to give up on training so I stopped lifting weights and focused on training with bands for a few years. I healed my shoulder. Actually my shoulders are better than ever. I'm also moving like I'm 20 years younger, and more importantly, I'm staying free from injuries.

It always amazes me that high-level athletes all train with bands, however, most normal gym-goers and casual athletes don't. I'm trying to change that and show everyone that training with bands will dramatically improve your quality of life.

With the help of a few athlete friends and some great partnerships we are on our way.
